Rental Information
- Rental includes use of the event hall with a capacity of 400 guests.
- Access to the bridal suites for prep and pictures, the outdoor patio
area lofted above Poplar Street, and the balcony space overlooking the
event hall - Use of venue equipment which includes:
200 wooden folding chairs, 60″ round tables, cocktail tables, and an
assortment of banquet tables, as well as white and/or black linens. - Our staff will set up, break down, and clean up every event. The
renter is only responsible for items they have brought into the venue. - Use of the catering kitchen.
- The Overlook must provide all alcohol and bar services. The bar fee
is quoted separately upon selection. - Options to add private parking, soft seating, lighting packages, and
more!
